Would you agree to laws like this?
A child molester has to get castorated,
A robber or theif loses one finger every time they get caught.
A murder lost his life.

I do not hate people, I was kid napped and rape at 10 years old, and I don't want him dead but I think he should be fixed where this don't happen to someone else..

i agree with eye for an eye, the only downside is if they are innocent then they are being punished for no reason, then again innocent people get executed even in our society... some people have been executed only to find out later that they truly were innocent... if the crime was prooven then yes I think thats what should be done!

With a bit of alterations, you may be on to something. As far as a child molester goes, Lock him in a room for a few hours with the child's father. Whatever the father deems justice, so be it. As for a robber, probably sentencing him to a year in arm restraints would do the trick. Its not like he could not live that way, there are perfectly functioning individuals that have lost limbs. Murderers, depending on the circumstance, yes should be executed. Unless of course we are talking about (for example) the father deciding to kill the child molester.

Yes i agree, but i think robbers should lose a hand and i definitely think a murderer should lose his life. A life for a life, except in the instance of Susan Smith that murdered her 2 children. I think she should be allowed to live so that she can think about those 2 kids drowning and dying everyday and night for the rest of her life. Killing her would be to good for her.

The only problem with that is who is castrating, who is losing a finger, who is taking the life? Doesn't that count as well? I don't like the North American jail system, I don't think that it deters crime. But I don't know if that is fair either.

do you think that if he would not have had his penis that he wouldn't have used something else? his hand a broom stick a pipe come on a criminal who wants to have power over someone will do what ever they think they can do achieve that level the penis is just handier . remember rape is not nor has it ever been about sex is about control and power women rape other women in prison they don't have a penis.

i'm not for capital punishment, period. any government that knowingly harms or kills its citizens loses the right to be called truly civilized.

If you consider what your saying.
When you kill a murderer, the person killing becomes a murderer, regardless of the fact it's a murderer.

If its proven they did these crimes without a doubt.. no ifs and or buts.....then yes!!!
