That doggone potato salad is sure good! And I sure feel indulgent when I'm eating it ... omggg! But I continue to fret about the cosmic/spiritual aspects of the consumption of potato salad. I've already been warned about pork, alcohol, bacon, red meat, goat cheese, head cheese, cheese whiz, gee whiz, milk of magnesia, boogers, fingernails, toenails, hangnails, roofing nails, crow, dust, dirt, myshorts, apple pie, strawberry rhubarb pie, shepherds pie, hairpie, her pie, whole pie, piehole, parole, pro bowl, cereal bowl, rose bowl, toilet bowl, bowl cut at AJ's barber, barbarella, barb wire starring Pamela Anderson, etcccccccc .

You are cracking me up. I made potato salad for the first time a few months ago. It had nothing fancy in it. Red potatoes, mayo and any season in the cabinet that said it was good to use in potato salad. It was so good I could have eaten it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had to practice major self control. I swear after the first bowl it was calling to me a few hours later! I promised myself I wouldn't have it again until the next day.

quit obsessing and getcha some tator salad! lol... but make sure it is fresh! And yes if you eat too much you will look fat in those jeans. Enjoy life, but be reasonable. Take care of your body. Eat well, exercise regularly, quit feeling so guilty about food. Now, go relax while you have a cup of potato salad!

No! Even though I can relate... I make the best dang potato salad. No joke! Basic, but the best!
But, It weighs me down literally. Putting on the pounds. Clogging the digestive...
Dang, I just made some this week. I finally gave in - I'm still trying to get it together.
Had to triple my exercise workout.

Well, NOW you are being warned about the potato salad. If you are making it with REAL mayonnaise, you have to be careful because it spoils easily. And the eggs could carry salmonella.
Sorry, listen to something ELSE call you for a while.

You're good! Just remember one word--moderation. There's nothing wrong with giving in to the summons of potato salad every now and again.

There is nothing bad with Potato Salad. I think if everyone ate potato salad, we would finally "all get along".
