my doctor speaks like this.. the circumfrance of his head is too nano for the intestins of his brain to grow blah blah blah

Well... this doctor could be talking like an idiot, and by the looks of your question, it could pass right by you. I could tell you that the square root of pi was dough, and you would probably ask me where I got my degree in mathematics. Chances are, the reason they talk so smart is because you can't tell the difference. Why would brains have intestins? It looks like your brain dissolves the information your doctor tries to feed it, instead of absorbing it.

Sounds like he practices the old adage, "If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bulls**t". Ask your doctor to please rephrase his remarks, or (better yet) tell him that you need a neatly handwritten summary of the diagnosis he has just presented orally. Don't offer an explanation, make him ask why you want it; then state that you need it for your personal file at home. Let him wonder why you are keeping a personal file on everything he tells you. If any of your friends are attorneys, "accidentally" drop one of their business cards in the examining room as you leave the office.
