My husband and I are hoping to move to Scotland. But first we need to know if he is even allowed to move there because of the felony he has on his criminal record. Can someone please answer this for me?

It will depend on the severity of the conviction, how long ago it was, what sort of visa you will be applying for, etc...

Need more info as to where you and your felon husband are setting out from. If you are in the UK (which I somehow doubt) there is no problem. If you are US citizens check it with the Scottish embassy and tell them your hubby is not a Jesse. Well he's not is he?
