Oatmeal is not bad for you and if you eat it once or twice aday and not eat anything else in that day, you will lose weight but your suppose to eat more than just oatmeal. After awhile, you get sick of the tatste. I know I did.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You could always try drinking Green Tea once or twice a day for a few weeks to a few months and what Green Tea does is it makes your metabolism faster, which is where your body doesn't absorb as much of the fat in your foods. End result - less fattiness! And just push ups, press ups, cardio workouts off the net are great exercise. Plus walking is really good! I try to walk at least around 1hour a day, I go to town and the mall and those places a lot so a lot of walking is necessary. Hope this helps!

oatmeal is a complex carb so it is released and used more slowly plus incorporates the entire seed however sandwiches are often white bread = empty carbs = increased weight retention. The egg whites are great for you but the yoke must be taken very sparingly...very high energy content therefore if you are not active..you may gain weight even faster than you want.

Maybe, I'm not an expert in this or anything so I'd say check with your doctor. If you want to lose weight faster, however, definitely EXERCISE. It gets you sooo much farther than eating healthier (although if your diet is usually limited to McDonald's and Burger King I suggest you add salad to your meals too lol)
