Anyway, stress usually is what you make it. So it's your attitude to school that actually causes the stress in you.

Prayer. God will never put more on you than you can handle! Lean on Him and pray for peace and guidance. I'm 28 and made it through college by staying close to God. Sorry you're so stressed, I know how you feel. Remember it's only temporary and you can handle ANYTHING on a temporary basis. You'll get through it, don't stop trying!

Talking to a counselor. Find out the MINIMUM number of credits you need to take to be considered a Full-time student, and don't take more than that. You should factor in the 3:1 homework/classwork ratio to make sure you don't go insane.

cigarrettes. it was the only thing that worked for me during classes. when i had finals i had to to drink a beer or two and eat cheettos (flaming hot) and i was going to be just fine.
now, to deal with the streess from work, i run by the san diego bay and that helps me like nothing else. be in contact with nature makes me feel so good :)

Plenty of sleep, nice, simple workouts, easy listening you'll enjoy, and healthy eating if you can.
When your roomies are not around, Masturbation is a GREAT wa to relax, you'll feel much more relaxed, and it's free!

when i was in college I got drunk every Friday night. Helped me to relax. And then there's sex. Sex is really a stress reliever!!!!
