No. Love is a big word. And as harsh as it might sound, some people in their thirties havent experience it fully, despite of having numerous partners.

Sorry hunny, but your mum is right. you are just learning about yourself and can be led astray by what is going on with your body and other stuff. Give yourself time to learn about what you feel and then work out if you do love him
