You need to use a program that has the abliblty to span disc. Roxio 7 and above can do this. Not sure about Nero - don't use it. It will burns until the first DVD is full, and then prompt you for a second. It places the rest of the file onto the second DVD. It also adds a program that you have to run from either DVD which will reconstruct the file onto your hard drive if you need to access it. You can not access it from the DVD.

convert it to iso to reduce its size and try again (use PowerISO)
if the problem persists,just archive it
remember...try making a iso first
