I got pregnant when I had been on depo for months! After I got pregnant, it seemed almost all my friends with babies, were on depo when they got pregnant. I don't use it, I know enough people who it didn't work for including myself.

I had been on Depo shot 1and a half years and got pregnant.

Its possible. You are supposed to wait at least 24 or 48 hours after you get the shot for it to work.

yeah you may get pregnant...they say use a back up for the first 30 days...take a test in 3 to 4 weeks just to be safe

I REALLY THINK SO, my girlfriend is on that, and the nurse told us to keep using the condom for two weeks before the depo starts working. So...............good luck

I would say most likely not however, there is a possibility. Listen to the other poster, read that handy information they send home with you. Or, better yet, check their website.

It is very possible if you didn't use a condom. You should wait two to three weeks before having intercourse without one.
