On the news I heard some americans saying that the mexicans would do everything and take there jobs.Why are they jealous of us we just work more and were not be lazy?

I lived and worked in Mexico for two years. Mexico is a Third World country. We never knew when our electricity would go off, or when it did how many hours before it was restored. Water supply is pathetic. When you turned the shower on, never knew if there would be water. You really can't take a chance on drinking it. Sewers? What sewers. You can buy gasoline only from one company-owned by Mexico.
Two classes of people in Mexico-rich and poor. NO middle class.
So why would an American be jealous? That's why Mexican and people from Central America are coming to the USA. The best country in the world.

Jealous?!? LOL! The ONLY thing I'm "jealous" of is the fact you break the law without consequence, while some American citizens go to jail for ridiculous crimes. What do you have to be jealous of? A country that is a $#@!hole, a government that is corrupt, and a bunch of criminals that would rather bring their problems to us than to make an effort to fix them. Yes, I am very jealous. Idiot.

Mexcians are jealous because we came here and stole what they could have stolen long a go and did not even though they were right next door so now they are jealous for they want what we stole. Also because we whites/Americans are a very jealous and a bunch of greedy people /bastards. We like to hord anything and everything we can and we will not share our stolen goods. We americans feel we are entitled to take take and take everything and hate it when someone comes along and takes what we have or take some of what we could have more off. This then means that mexican are then trying to steal from us, the original crooks of this land called USA and we dont like it and and Mexcians are jealous because we are trying to not let them do so and we are trying to stop ten from stealing from the original crooks and thats JUST WRONG actually we hate you all for it.. We want the common rule of "honour among thiefs" and that means dont steal what we have already stolen or going to steal more of..................Now go back to Mexico and give what you all have taken/ stolen or cut our share short off our stolen property back............please. Its ours we stole it first........................

First of all, thanks for saying "some" rather than making it too general. I hate it when people lump one group all together. I'm not sure I would use the word "jealous" though. I think some are afraid which is a normal human trait when you feel threatened. Americans just have to remember our past and realize that we are a nation of immigrants. That really is a cause for celebration not fear. Though I also have to agree with some of the sentiments of my fellow Americans who have responded.

If you are not lazy then go home and fix the problems in your country, you have all the resourses we do you just let the Mexican government get away with making you live like you do. Stand up for yourselves and make things change. You don't want to be Americans, you want to be Mexicans working in America and we do not want you law breakers here.

could it be i am jealous of your crap hole of a country that could give a rats *** about you or that your people live twenty to a house or is that mexican people smell or maybe everything on sugarpies list or those wonderful cars you drive with the name Gonzalez on the back ,in case you forget your name ? or is that your people see mother Mary on your breakfast toast? or Putting sub woofers in your vehicle and playing carnival music at full volume, and making every loose bolt in the vehicle rattle louder than the carnival music? or is that mexican women get left at home while the men are out drinking and they beat on you and that you pop out so many kids your dropping shitty diapers everywhere you go ? oh i don't know am i jealous lmao NO you don't like being stereo typed yet you turn around and say things like Americans don't work now that we have that out of the way can we please have a real question and please if you can dish it out please be able to take it its the American way !

Nobody is jealous of Mexicans, they're lawbreakers and should be punished just as citizen/legal residents is punished for crimes committed.
Crossing the border illegally is a criminal act, and should be regarded as such, and the government should impose the law and not taunt those who have immense respect for laws by granting the illegals undeserved and unwarranted amnesty.
And chikis, this is hardly a dermatological issue.

the only thing I can think they are jealous of... the color of my skin. is not dark and is not light brown either, just in the middle you know? I get many compliments from gringos saying the color of my skin is beautiful. and the reason why i think mexicans (latinos in general) work harder than gringos in gringolandia es porque se les tiene que demostrar que no se viene a robar el trabajo a nadie, que lo que los mexicanos (latinos en general) solo quieren una mejor calidad de vida y por eso mas que a nadie a ellos les queda eso de "trabajo de sol a sol"

We're jealous because we accept the laws of our land and live by them. I'd like to be able to ignore the income tax law and stop paying it, but I can't. I'd like to be able to ignore the speed limit but I can't. There are 12 million people here that ignored our laws and will soon be rewarded for it instead of incarcerated and deported. We're jealous because we can't get away with breaking our laws but you apparently can.

because you can break the law and don't get in trouble for it, at the same time getting the same benefits we do without having to pay taxes and these are benefits that should only be available to legal citizens, we didn't ask you to come here, it's our country, not yours, and just because you pick strawberries doesn't mean you deserve special treatment, if you're so great why don't you go back to mexico and try and improve that rathole? it could sure as hell use it
