There are many supplements that may cure your IBS but it may take a combination of several alternative treatments to eliminate IBS from your life.

I would start by avoiding toxic foods. Dairy, wheat, and many other foods are toxic poison to many people with I.B.S. Until you can heal your body of IBS, try eliminating foods that may cause problems.

If I had IBS, I would do the Water Cure. Drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with 1/4 teaspoon of unrefined sea salt for several weeks. If this stopped my IBS, I would back off on the sea salt unless I felt IBS symptoms coming on. I would then drink at least one glass of sea salt in water.

I would also switch my table salt to the less expensive refined sea salt sold in most health food stores.

The water cure and sea salt will mineralize and hydrate your body. Do this before trying anything else but when you can get a chance, get a red algae supplement. I have found it to be as inexpensive as $10 U.S. or as high as $200. If you are loaded with cash then you might try the more expensive stuff but I would start with the less pricey red algae to see if it was good for my I.B.S.

I would also take a glss of apple juice three times a day and a begin adding raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar to my drink until I could drink it with 2 full tablespoons. Add Cinnamon for help with neutralizing the stong taste and the healing power of cinnamon.

I might also put food grade aloe vera drink on my list of possible
cures for I.B.S.

You may have parasites. This may be causing many health issue.

I would slug down a shot glass of carrot juice with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a drop of wild oregeno oil every morning.

You may experience flu like symptoms as your body is going to be detoxing and expelling toxins. Drink major amounts of water throughout the process.
