Well be sure to use some BS about some sort of wood or forest(same for crazy houses). Seems they all have some sort of name like redwood or oak something or creek whatever. Name it after a relaxing sounding outdoor place and you've probably got a decent name. The street where I live is Magnolia and see I could just add something to that and I'd have a name. Like Magnolia Merlot or Magnolia Creek Merlot(I don't live near a creek) I also live on a former sugar plantation so a name like Sugarwood Cabernet(I like the way that sounds) or Plantation Shiraz would be typical wine BS. Au Revoir Pinot Noir(chicks like stupid rhyming things)

I suggest looking for the Italian or French variation of your name and using that.
Chateau de Luc (Luke's House)
Vin d'Henri (Henry's Wine)
Le Melange de Mariette (Marie's Mix - diminutive version of Mary)
Casa del Umberto (Humbert's House... I have a soft spot for the Italian translation of that name)
Vino di Giuliana (Julianna's Wine)
Selezione di Paola (Paula's Selection)

You could go with Fleur de lis, or lily flower, in French. Or....................you could go with Dave's superbombastic, give you a flaming headache, rock your world, I can't get enough of this, red wine. But that's just me.
