If you mean each day its just from when you wake-up till you go to sleep. But if you are talking about how long to keep them(if you have soft contacts), them about 14 days. Hard contacts, you can keep as long as you want as long as they don't rip.

they won't damage your eyes, but you run the risk of an eye infection and major discomfort... after awhile, cleaning your contacts and soaking them overnight don't do the trick. i go two months max. my eye doc told me i could wear them for two months... but, it's a personal thing, whatever works best for you.

they say 8-10 hours but i often wear mine 14-16 with no probs

when u wake up u put them in, when you go to sleep you take them out...thats what i do, and sometimes fall asleep with them and stay with them two days...but that is bad bad...although nothing has happenned to my eyes and I have been wearing conacts for like 5 years
