They'll ask you for a different form of payment on the train. An additional fee is added to the ticket for buying it on the train instead of the station. BUT if you absolutely have no form of payment you would be escorted off the train at the next stop.

When something like this happens it is considered theft of services and you can be arrested. It is the same as not paying for your gas at a gas station or eating at a cafe and not paying.

One of two things. They will put you off at the next station, or call the cops and have you arrested at the next station for theft of services.

They probably execute people for premeditated theft. ;-) Seriously, crime doesn't pay. In the end, it's more costly. Not worth it.
