How long can I keep hard alcohol (like vodka) out, unfridgerated after its been opened?

It doesn't need to be refrigerated at all; just cap it tightly and store in a cool dark place, like a cupboard away from the stove.

A long, long time. Vodka is often kept in the freezer so that it makes a colder martini.

Regular clear alcohol doesn't go bad.But if you drink it faster than you never have to worry so drink up!!!!
