False. The Bible is a masterpiece of ancient literature with some good advice and wisdom. Your brain is the owner's manual should you choose to let it be.

If by life you mean this life (and I don't think there is another, I'm an atheist), then I don't think there is a manual. That's the point. Does it say anywhere in the Bible, at 2:38 on the 15 of january, you need to duck or you'll get hit on the head? No! It may be a good guide on how to be happy with yourself and help others, but there is no owners manual.

bettierage, incognito,
You seem more like someone looking for an argument than someone looking for truth, but I will give you the truth – just in case. Life is an open book test and a preparation for ruling with Jesus in eternity. Normally it is cheating to look in the book during a test, but it is not cheating to look in the Bible for answers to life’s questions.
Actually, God will give very strong hints to help you pass the test:
This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now CHOOSE LIFE … Deuteronomy 30:19
There is also a lot of good medical and dietary advice in the Bible. It tells us how to succeed and have good relationships and healthy emotions and should we get sick it offers healing in Jesus’ name. The oil in the Middle East was first discovered because a man read the Bible and saw that Moses was set adrift in the Nile River in a basket coated with pitch. There is a wealth of information on so many other subjects.
God bless.

True or false: The Bible is the owner's manual for life?
True. like putting that "some assembly required" item together
or after you beat your PC sensless from frustration and
rage because things are not working. you look for the
correct answer; when you finally admit you don't know it.
When all else Fails read the Manual!!!!!!!!!

If the Bible was the owners manual for life...
We should keep slaves.
Kill gay people.
Beat our children with a rod when they are bad.
Sacrifice animals on dirt altars.
Sleep with family to make more family.
Kill people for cheating.
Kill people who follow other religions.
Do I really need to go on? If you use that book as a manual for life you belong in jail.
And people call it the word of god! If that is god let me off the bus now!

An owner's manual is intended for the owner, so if it is an 'owner's manual, " what are humans doing with it? Shouldn't it be returned to the owner?
The bible is a book of mythology.

False.
The owner's manual for life? How about common deductive reasoning and free-standing will-power... more commonly called common sense.
Faith is a guidance. It does not dictate.
