Erm... this phrase is a mix of English and Chinese and it isn't gramatically correct either. The closest translation I can come up with is: hen is very beautiful mm... ah.

Try pasting it into word and then highlighing it and changing the font to arial or something common. That looks like it's trying to display text in a font that isn't available.

mm means "美眉" (both are slangs meaning "young match")
得 should be "的"
很漂亮的 means "(very) beautiful"
