Me and my ex-bf broke up like 4 days ago and this guy that is really sweet and also 1 of my best friends wants to date me. I'm at least going to wait for a month to date him to make sure I am totally over my ex but will that be anough time to "heal"?

only you will know when it's been long enough, wait your month, and if you still need more time, take it ! explain to this guy why you are waiting, if he's serious about you he can wait, it's not really a long time

its just a date with a bestfriend immediately after 4 days from breaking up? why not?
dont you care about what would the negative others say.
just be honest about yourself.
healing had already started. and its much more beneficial if someone who cares about you is at your side to give comfort.
i just think that you like your bestfriend...why will you wait after a month to date? what if he's not interested of dating you after a month?

Only you are going to know when you feel ready to date. If you want to date him then why put a time limit on it? Do it when you feel you want to. Theres no harm in checking yourself to be sure you are just not on the rebound - but if you like him then go out.

as if you are well on your way to being "healed". I think if you
