I have no idea what ur asking but it sounds like you are either asking if it's okay to send an ecard to a child OR your asking if children should be able to send e-cards. I say YEs to both. yahoo has ecards, sum of them may be a little unappropiate for ,.... say a five-seven or eight yr old but some of them are very cute. They can send it to their mom on mother's day or for father's day , or whatever holiday. If that wasn't ur question, then u should ask it more specifiaclally next time.

have you tried the cbeebies website. there are some good ones there for lots of different occasions. also if the child has a fav character try going to their website and you may find free ecards there.

unless its animated and really for the childs age. Other wise no, get a real one and make a scrap book to add momentum birthday, easter, christmas cards in.
