we've gotten phone call from these people, saying they've been shot, cancer, and now they are in a comma. They are nuts.

It is sad to say this, but my opinion is to keep yourself at a distance. Avoid getting to involved with their sickness, because their sickness could possibly become your sickness, especially if your trying to be helpful by taking on their problems.
If it really hurts you to see them like that, and you really do care for them then try to offer them some avenues of assisstance. e.g.
Hospitals, re-habilitation centers, churches..
And praying to God never hurts anyone.
Save yourself.

Stop with the worry . You should know by now not to react to what they say . There is such a thing as "crying wolf". After so many times you are not believable anymore. Tell that to your relatives the next time they cry wolf.

It gives them a form of control in your life aslong as you let it bother you. My suggestion is to stop talking with them, and to tell them that you will not take thier calls any longer.

Well obviously they are a liar, like the little boy who cried wolf. So when they actually are in trouble nbody will believe them and they will be shyt outta luck. Ignore em :)

dont pay attention to them. In our language its called "deadma". If you'll never pay attention to them they'll stop bothering u 4 sure

well you gotta make friends that are not crazy...and learn to laugh at their craziness.

Also consider reminding them of the boy who cried wolf.

screen your calls, or tell them if nothing actual has happened then dont bother you with their drama
