i got drunk at a party and passed out, everyone was in bed and i could,nt get to the upstairs bathroom so i pee'd in a empty cider bottle...... and guess- what i forgot to empty it.
The next morning i forgot about it and my greedy mate drank it after pouring it into another bottle of cider..he complained it was FLAT...should i tell him or let sleeping dogs lie......

I suggest that you let the sleeping dog lie for now. If a interesting conversation happens with you guys in a long time after this and it turns wrong, bring it up. But don't bring it negatively, make it into humor so that you guys would calm down. I was in a similar situation with my friend when we lived together. We almost got into a fight one day and I lashed it at her with the mistake and made it into a joke and we couldn't help it but to laugh and hug. The moment was so funny that we would never forget.

i wouldnt tell him because he wud either be really angry, really embarrassed or really hurt. and then he wud prob be sick just thinking about it. if he knows you knew all that time he wud feel as if you were laffing behind his back or summat.
oh and dont tell anyone else, only you must know that you have done this or he will find out off sumone else...
...if sumone DOES know then i guess u shud tell him on his own or make the other person swear never ever to mention it at all!

if you feel guilty about telling him then don't. i mean, it's pretty gross, but letting him know will just freak him out. as long as he's not sick after, that's all that matters.
