Well considering that the mammory glands that produce breast milk are triggered by a hormon then you would have to figure out a way to confuse that hormone into thinking that it needs to be producing...

But if the mammory glands haven't stopped producing then all you need to do is put them back to use and they will produce as much as it takes to not run out...

If you've already had children (which I guess so by the "again" but you never know on the net), you could try the sound of a baby crying (such as a baby show or if you can get a recording) and massaging your breasts like your trying to express milk. Or just getting a baby to try to nurse several times.

Breast milk works on supply and demand basis. If you do not stimulate the breast either with nursing or a pump, I believe they will dry up, and that will be the end of it.

You need the hormones that your body produces after giving birth to stimulate your breasts to produce milk. But if you have already breastfed before, stimulating your breasts will produce something. Not nearly as much as you would need to feed a baby, though, and it won't be the same kind of milk, either.

Message and stimulate your nipples. Place a warm towel around the base of your breast then stimulate your nipple.

You will need to get a baby to suck on them or hour husband. It's the sucking action that makes your body lactate...it is tough but possible.
