Was White Flight post WWII when many whites moved out of their homes and into Levittowns? Need to know because I am studying for an exam that I need to ace to make my mom happy.

Yeah, when whites left the inner cities and moved to suburbs. Inner cities are being revitalized now, and there seems to be some "flight" back to the inner cities, at least in some cases. But the term "white" shows that blacks tend to be the ones "left" in the inner cities, which are characterized as being the poorer and more crime-ridden areas of cities.
