couldn't help noticing that blackadder has been asking lots of questions about places to stay in the UK with kids- wondered if he's found anything?

Found a few places to take the kids thanks to some of the answers, some of them were actually quite good!
Sheffield seems to be the place for industrial museums and a bit further out lots of open spaces, Swansea apparently has a beach. Staying in Newcastle (renting), most of the suggestions say go North or South, and one Muppet suggested south shields!
And finally the pub recommended in Brighton "The Cricketers" as being decent, close to the beach and nice atmosphere
So i now have loads of places to go with the kids
