A few weeks ago i made myself throw up i really didnt like it but i have been thing about doin it aagin just to lose a few punds wat should i do

I don't know how old you are, but that is perhaps the worst thing you could possibly do for your weight and your health. TALK TO YOUR PARENTS, brothers and sisters, guardians, aunts, uncles, teachers, guidance counselors, SOMEBODY!

Please talk to somebody!

did you know that everytime you barf, you lose a piece of your esophagus (aka the tube that goes from you mouth to your stomach) In your stomach is hydrochloric acid...THIS ACID CAN BURN PEOPLE BADLY! My adivce is that you don't do it again because you could end up with serious after effects like acid reflux, anaemia, tooth decay. I think a good and safe diet with moderate exercise will definately help and I'm sure you'll lose your weight. If you get into some real problems, maybe you could find a psychologist or counsellor and talk about it. I hope you get better soon and Good luck!

That's really bad and sounds that you are close to developing an eating disorder,called bulimia..Go and see some good shrink,please..Do not neglect that state..You will feel within weeks well,when a suitable treatment is applied.I think that you have also a "hidden" depression and you may take SSRI antidepressants..I do not exaggerate when I am telling you that you need help..I lost a friend of mine,who suffered from Bulimia and I would like to help you..If you need any advice,support,information or whatever you can contact me!!

I used to make my self throw up to lose weight, and It did work, but it comes with many risks. Stomach acid is very strong and damaging. Luckily for me I stopped. Its just not worth it. Do the whole exercise and eat a healthy balanced diet, or try cutting out one meal a day, or one portion of each meal a day. Also, drinking lots of water lessens your appetite.

If you continue on this path you will become bulimic. It will ruin your teeth, destroy your pancreas, create further body image distortions, rob you of a sense of "normality," and create great biological and psychological harm. You have to find something other than food to fill the void. Or, at least start eating organically. Kevin Trodeau was right that most food that comes out of a package, or served up at a restaurant, has chemicals engineered in to make you eternally hungry. Organic fruits and veggies will never make you fat. Its simply impossible.

No, you shouldn't do it. Are you really over weight or do you only think you are? Talk with your parents about wanting to lose weight. See what they think. Discuss wanting to eat a healthier diet and getting some exercise. If you continue to think about throwing up as a way to lose weight then you need to see a counselor who is trained to deal with eating disorders. You can suffer lifelong consequences if you become anorexic or bulimic. God bless!

You should eat a healthy diet, and exercise. It isn't a good idea to begin throwing up to lose weight.

STOP! you want to lose weight... then excersice...diet...dont binge and ppurge... people have died....anorexia can kill bolemia is just as bad...you will say just a few more times thats it...but it will keep going... and are you sure its just to lose weight...are you depressed or hurt? if yes please go to counseling or something it isnt smart to hurt yourself just to "lose weight".
