Find a friend, if that doesn't work there is always BEN&JERRYS Chunky Monkey, it always makes everything better.
But honestly, I have felt all of those things, and that is not a good place to be. I hope that you can realize that you are special and of infinate worth. It breaks my heart that you feel that way. Feel free to email and we can talk, you don't have to feel so alone and that can be a start.

I feel these feelings a lot of the time too and I have basically the same question. What should I do? I realized that this isn't going to get better on its own. You should see a doctor, maybe a therapist and talk about how you feel. I keep it locked inside a lot of the time, and that makes it worse. I swear i have heard "whats wrong?" from people more times than i can count this past month. I'm not going to say I know how you feel because depression is different for everyone, but I do understand where you are coming from. Talk to someone, and they will try and help you the best way they can. I feel so low right now, but I'm going to think to the future and realize that this will eventually pass. I hope you can do the same thing too! People do care, people do want to help. I know its hard to believe that right now, but its true. I bet you are a great person, you just need a little push to get in the right direction :) so go talk to a therapist, or talk to someone that you trust. Letting it out will help. I wish the best of luck to you in getting through this hard time!

Try to release the negative stuff in healthy and creative ways. I found an outlet in art and stuff. And walking calms you down.
Just do whatever you usually do to spoil yourself!
And try to see all of the things you can do, and not those that you can't.
If you're unsure as to why you're feeling depressed, sit down and just think about it rationally, sometimes things aren't as bad as they seem and the emotions can stem from the smallest or the most meaningless of things.
If nothing anybody has said yet is working, then maybe a profressionnal opinion would be best. I know how you're feeling but Good luck and don't worry, you'll get through it eventually :)

look at the brightside of things, you're not alone there are people who love you, it depends on your paradigm( point of view). If you look at things in a negative way you will feel sad. So, have a positive attitude and think positive thoughts, never ever quit no matter what. You control your emotions not the other way around. You WILL get better never give up hope, don't give in. Think of all the good things in life.Instead of wasting time being sad do something productive like playing sports or helping others, hanging out with friends, etc do something to take your mind off those bad thoughts

If this is a constant problem, see your doctor and find out about antidepressants. If it's more of a passing mood thing, I usually think about all the fun things I've done and how many more fun things there are to do in this world at some point when I'm feeling better. If that fails, I read a medical dictionary and celebrate all the really terrible diseases that I don't have. (Note - this answer not suitable for hypochondriacs).

Instead of taking a flying leap try this: sit down and think about what things are bothering you. Make a list. Then do something, anything, no matter how small. Then do something else. Keep doing this and you will find that it gets easier and easier as you go. It is very easy to get overwhelmed, especially in this day and age, and this procedure allows you to feel accomplishment and to bring things into perspective. Also try to think about others and not dwell on yourself, and you will find that you are not feeling so down. Wallowing in self pity is one of the quickest ways to get bogged down in depression, and also is a terrible trap for those how have dependency issues. Good luck!

I have beern very depressed laterly due to a stupid mistake with a lass i though a great deal about, and its killing me, but i find going for a bike ride were i live and thinking thinks out help me a great deal, does not solve the problem but helpes me to settle down a great deal and look at thing differantly.
Throwing or even hurting yourself only leaves problems to other people to have to sort out, and family may have enough of thjere own problems to worry about.
Try to sit and talk through with a close friend, some one you an trust a great deal, see what they think.

For pretty much everything on there, watch Jerry Springer or Maury. And remember this: you're the one watching the show, not on it.
Or: get into video gaming. Gaming can really bring people together, and it is always fun to do!
For everything else, there's MasterCa...oh wait this isn't a commercial. Well you could always just take advice from happy peoples on Yahoo! Answers like right now.

IT TAKES TOO MUCH ENERGY TO THROW YOURSELF OFF A PRECIPICE. WHEN I AM DEPRESSED, IT KNOCKS THE WIND OUT OF MY SAILS. I HAVE TO GO SIT DOWN. I JUST SIT THERE, QUIETLY RESTING MY MIND. AT FIRST IT DOESN'T WORK, BUT IN A FEW MINUTES I BEGIN TO FEEL LIKE JUST RELAXING. SOMETHING INSIDE ME STARTS TO CENTER AGAIN. WHEN I GET MY BEARINGS, I HOP UP AND START SOMETHING. LIKE THAT OTHER PERSON SAID, I DO LITTLE THINGS, ONE BY ONE. WHAT? DISHES. I START TO PUT MY HOME IN ORDER. PHYSICAL ORDER CAN BE VERY CALMING TO THE PSYCHE. WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO IS GET BACK FEELING GOOD ABOUT BEING YOU. SO TAMING THE WAY YOUR HOME LOOKS IS A GOOD STARTER. IF YOU DON'T HAVE QUITE THAT MUCH ENERGY, MY NEXT STRATEGY (BECAUSE I KNOW THIS PATTERN IN MY LIFE WHEN IT STARTS) IS TO DRAW A HOT TUB AND GO SOAK. I USUALLY BRING ALONG A SMALL BOOK ON CLEARING OUT MY CLUTTER. GOD, THAT IS FUN TO READ BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAVE TOO MUCH STUFF. IT STARTS ME THINKING OF HELPING OTHER PEOPLE. WHICH IS STEP NUMBER THREE: REACH OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE WHEN YOU'RE FEELING "OFF." IF THEY LOVE YOU, THE MINUTE THEY SENSE YOU'RE HAVING A ROUGH TIME OF IT THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY START TO BE SUPPORTIVE OF YOUR FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF ONCE AGAIN. IF THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A MOOD SWING KIND OF THING, MARCH YOUR BOOTS TO YOUR DOCTOR AND LET HIM HAVE IT - THE WHOLE SCOOP. HE WILL SMILE AND THINK FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN PROBABLY REALLY HELP YOU. EVERY COUNSELOR I HAVE EVER SPOKEN WITH STRESSES NOT STAYING STUCK FEELING DEPRESSED ONE MINUTE LONGER THAN YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. IN OTHER WORDS, THE MINUTE YOU CAN, DO SOMETHING. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOUR FEELINGS TO BRIGHTEN, AND I SEND YOU ENCOURAGEMENT AND GOOD VIBES FROM SOUTH PORTLAND, MAINE. - G.
