Hi there mine too is at the end of this month and ive been doing the lipotrim diet. I have lost 13lbs so far and not even on the 4th week yet. On this diet you have a shake for breakfast and dinner and soup in the evening, tons of water throughout the day either still or sparkling and absolutely NO FOOD! Its requires a lot of willpower so what Ive done is got my work colleagues to run a little sweepstake on how much I will lose in just over a month to give me more inspiration not to cheat or quit. And the good thing with this is you dont even need to exercise and you will have all the tasty food to enjoy on your holiday (within reason). Goodluck!

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

besides it is surely unhealthy to lose weight quickly,here are some SOS solutions:
1. drink lots of liquids,especially water
2. cut off supper or reduce the quantity of food you eat at evening (maybe a fruit or a yogurt it's OK)
3. do some exercises (abs,hips mainly)
4. use a super firming and smoothing cream for the "crucial spots" (I've tried one superb cream from clarins and one from l'oreal)
5. eat salads,instead of full meals
6. be confident of yourself and no one would notice anything else but your character and your big smile
7. swimming makes your body thinner and fights cellulite...
