People in the Army lose weight really fast by three simple means:
1. Eat at least 2 square, balanced meals per day. You don't have to starve yourself, just make sure you don't eat all breads, all meats, etc. Balance it out with your food groups. Also, DON'T SNACK in between meals, snacking will kill your diet. Drink ONLY WATER! If you want you can have a gatorade around lunch time, but NO sodas, Kool-aid, sugary drinks, etc. And NO desserts, no cakes, pies, ice cream, etc. That will just ruin everything!
2. Here's your exercise
t portion of your exercise activities will consist of the push-ups and sit-ups. You'll want to do these every other day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That means in the morning, mid-morning, afternoon or lunch time, and evening. You want to rest at night time. 4 times a day:
Time yourself, and do proper push-ups for 2 minutes straight. Don't give up! Make sure you use proper form and make sure you "break the plane," meaning make sure you lower your chest far enough that your arms are parallel to your back. Even if you can't do more than 5 or 10, that's fine, DON'T GIVE UP! If your arms give out, then just stay in the "up" position until your 2 minutes is up completely.
Take about a 30 second break after the push-ups, and then start doing sit-ups for 2 minutes. That means continuously for 2 minutes, you attempt sit-ups, try to do as many as you can. And if your abs tighten up and you can't do sit-ups anymore, DON'T STOP! Continue to perform sit-ups until you give out, and then hold yourself in the "up" position for the remainder of the 2 minutes. For 2 minutes, NEVER allow yourself to rest your back on the ground. Make sure you do proper sit-ups, too, so try to put your feet under something so they don't come off the ground.
Now, on Tuesdays and Thursdays you'll want to try and jog from 1-2 miles. You can use a treadmill or a track or similar. That's only twice a week, so just try to do it if you can, and if you cannot do it because of time or whatever, then you'll need to do some kind of aerobics or something on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At least jog in place for about 20 minutes straight; that's better than nothing. I know jogging is really hard at first, but like I said it's only a couple times a week; and you definitely need some type of cardiovascular work out to get your body into shape; to get your blood pumping right and get your muscles tight.
3. Rest! Get a good night's sleep (at least 6-7 hours) and Try to rest on the weekends! If you want to take a jog or do your two minutes push-ups or your two minute sit-ups on Saturdays then just do them on Saturday, but rest on Sunday so that your muscles are in good shape to begin again on Monday. Try not to jog the same day as you do your other exercises, as you don't want to push it until you are in better shape. So stick to the every other day schedule.
Now..there's something else that is important for you:
stretch! Be sure to do proper stretching exercises for at least a couple minutes (10-15 seconds per muscle) that you will be working out. Stretching will keep you from injuring yourself.
Other than that, any other way to lose that much weight in the time you want it lost is gonna be futile. You will be very unhealthy to lose that kind of weight that fast except through great eating and exercise.
Good luck, I'm sure you are beautiful regardless of how you see yourself :)

At 13, if you are truly overweight, you need to discuss a healthier diet and exercise program with mom and dad. It is crucial that you not try to lose too much too fast. You shouldn't try to lose more that 1-2 pounds a week. Certainly not 15-25 in 20 days. That's an impossibility. If you can learn to have healthier eating and exercise habits now you'll be healthier for your entire life. Eat a sensible diet and get some exercise. Cut out the junk food and get off the couch. God bless!

There is no health way to lose that much weight in that much time. You will unlikely be able to do it even if you tried to do in some unhealthy way.
Set a more realistic goal of losing weight.
Drink water instead of pop or other high calories drinks. Stop eating junk food. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Eat some grain foods.
Start exercising, it is the best way to burn off the weight. Exercise at least -1-2 times a day for at least 45 minutes or more. Exercise should start out slow and build up as you can handle it safely.
See your doctor, he can be a big help in getting you started and helping you do it safely.

You could count your calories everyday then cut back slightly. Stay away from fast food as it is poison. Also try to walk vigorously for at least 30 minutes a day. A pace which you can still carry on a conversation but one that gets your heart rate elevated to about 120 beats per minute. Keep in mind it is a lifestyle change. There is no quick fix to your problem. You have to permanently change your habits and lifestyle. Eating habits and exercise habits have to change in order to lose weight and keep it off. Some of us are plagued for life to have to exercise and eat healthy in order to stay trim. Some lucky people never have to worry about it. Good luck. :)

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

you are asking your body to do too much, start to excise and keep it up, walk fast, run but be carefull, cycle but make a effert with it, cycle hard and fast, but you must eat proper food and stop drinking sugary pop, try botled water instead.
It will take a while, and missing out food will not help at all, the body will work against you if you start to do that, and you will not lose any fat.
Take your time, give yourself plenty time to lose wait, but above all, BE CAREFULL< and talk to your parents about what you are feeling about your body and they will help you.
Lose it for yourself, not other people
