I know that a parent probably has more rights when it comes to a child. What would be best for the child? Why is he with foster parents in the first place? He is not a pawn you can place wherever you feel like on the board.

Legally the foster family is paid to take care of your son in the state they currently live. The child is not theirs and they can not remove him from the state without permission from the authorities governing his care. He is not their child and they are but paid substitute care givers.Their rights are restricted to his well being, health, education etc. If you are in doubt you should call the child welfare department which oversees his care.

Sweetie, they HAVE to bring him back. The family court has made a temporary decision for your child to be with a foster family. They don't do that unless there is very good cause, and there's nothing you can do until your court date.
I hope you have your life together so that you can get your child back - I cannot for one second imagine losing my child. Please do everything you can to ensure that you'll get him back.

Dearie, they cannot remove the child from the state, and would have trouble removing the child from the service locale. Call the case worker and inform them of what is going on. IF they remove the child from the state, they are breaking the law. Get your life on track NOW.

Well even if they do take him and don't come back to go to court they will be in trouble because they didn't show up for court. Plus they don't have full custody of your son so then they can be charged with kidnapping. good luck
