Whether you create your own program or use a commercial one, make sure it is safe.
Try to cut back eating a lot of high calorie foods, and switch to eating low-fat foods.
Exercise (Aerobic) at least 1-2 hours a day.
Try to drink 1 gallon of water a day (In 8-oz glasses)
With many calorie-restricted diets, there is an initial rapid weight loss during the first 1 to 2 weeks, but this loss is largely fluid. After that, you will lose fat.

2.dont eat rice or bread
3.join a gym if you can or do joggin' or walkin'
4.eat alot of vegetables
5.kill your time ,dont just sit thinkin' of da food
6.throw away all da jonk food from your home like da choclates or chips..etc
