You set your priorities and you live by them. So if think being alone with the TV is better than being in the relationship, go for it.
I can tell you this for sure though -- guys who aren't all obsessed with televised sports do better in the romance department than guys who are. While a "fan" is glued to the tube, his lady is looking for someone who will pay attention to HER.
If you don't keep the home fires burning, it won't be long before your lady notices that someone else has a bigger better log.

C'mon...here are some options--1) have sex with it on the background (you can cheer everytime you score), 2) tape it for later and join her in the bedroom, 3) say you were so excited by her this time that you only lasted a couple of minutes...

I dunno that this applies to all women, but yeah it certainly does seem to happen sometimes.
I'm with cedykeman1 but I'd put it in a slightly less hostile fashion.
It can be either a control or anxiety thing with someone. Some hate losing control of your attention. Some can suffer from anxiety when they are ignored. The second type can be cute, the first...well....it ain't cute

People want sex when they want sex. Planning for it isn't fun. Sell the TV and use the money for counceling and sex toys.

Really?? For me when sports are on my boyfriend better leave me alone, we both know the rules no sex until sports and other shows are over. He doesn't ask for anything and I don't ask him anything when we're watching something we like.
