It is a bad idea to think of one sort of sexual activity as "propper" and another sort as "improper." Sex is sex, and as long as folks are enjoying themselves, and the *** is flowing... who cares?
Now - why do girls like going down on men?
There are a few reasons... the biggest one is pregnancy... no fear of babys if you swallow the baby batter...
But personally I just really enjoy doing it. But then i enjoy being done too...
It is mostly the pregnancy thing.

girls like to suck because they think that the guy will think that she is dirty and wants to get hardcore. instead, the guy just wants real sex. the girl just wants to act cool

Charming question. Those under 18 have no business in indulging in sexual intercourse in the first place. The consequences are high: pregnancy and disease. Oral sex, uh, you cant get pregnant.
