You want to grow your hair longer good, I love women with long hair. Any way back to you. First you need to know that healthy hair starts at the scalp, got that the scalp! That's the only part of your hair that is alive the rest it all dead! It doesn't hurt when you get a hair cut right? Start by getting a good shampoo and conditioner that works on you, I recommend Tresemme, and wash your hair about every other day, and get a deep conditioning or hot oil treatment and apply it about every 1-2 weeks depending on the condition of your hair. When you wash your hair don't just scrub your scalp, but massage it with your finger tips, that will stimulate the blood vessel and help your hair grow faster and longer. A few more things, go to the salon(or you could do this your self)and have the ends of your hair cut every 4-6 week, that will help from having split-ends, don't use you blow dryer as much, that dyes out hair and makes it brittle, and brush your hair every day.

I had very thin hair until I started taking vitamins. You can go to Rite Aid or Wal Mart to get them. They're not that expensive either! Or you could also wear a hair piece but I don't really like them. Good Luck =)

Folic acid is meant to be pleasant for serving to with hair progress, and can also be taken in diet sort. Also, there are nutrients to be had known as "Hair, Skin, and Nails" which can be a combination of vitamins and minerals which can be main to retaining the wellness and progress of, you guessed it- hair, dermis, and nails. Time is the only way. I have bought all sorts of products and nothing works so don't waste your money. BE patient and make sure to have it trimmed every couple of months so that the dead ends don't break off. Use a deep conditioner and keep it healthy. Or your other option is getting extentions, but it will cost a lot of money.

You can go buy a certain type ofv shampoo that will make your hair grow faster and longer. You also can just wash it instead of using mousse and hair spray in it because it makes it even thicker.

Start by cutting it a few inches every 3 months. That should help it to grow, rather then let it just grow out. You have to cut it every now and agian to push it along :)

heat makes hair grow faster, exercise will make it grow, because most body heat escapes from the head. the person that said preanatal vitamins is correct. you don't have to be pregnant to take them, they also help nails, you can buy them at the drug store. drink unflavored Knox gelatin, sold in the gel-o isle
