sorry im not a guy but generally it could be one of wo thingseither he wants you and is to scare to say guys are like bug puppy dogs they need nurturing...or he wants you to set him up...aski him if he wants you toi set him up and if he says no you know he probably means he wants you...worth a try babe x

I would think its a distinct possiblity, but you'll never know unless you ask. The next time he brings it up, ask him if he's interested in anyone...
