Usual reason for kid's nosebleeds are irritation and dry air. Milk is not a reason for this. Iron supplementation doesn't affect the teeth but you need to be careful treating things without knowing a cause.

I have never in my life heard of milk causing nose bleeds. If you have a child who has freqent nosebleeds, I hope you have consulted a pediatrician. I know some kids are just prone to getting nosebleeds, but it's best to rule out anyting serious. Someone said to give the kid iron, be careful doing this. Kids only need iron if a blood test shows there is a deficiency. A deficiency can be caused by frequent blood loss. But if there is no iron deficiency it can be dangerous to give extra iron. Plus iron supplements can stain teeth, so be careful.

If you think that Milk is Good for you, go here: www.milksucks.com
There is so much research on the toxic effects of milk it blows my mind that the government doesn't do something to protect us from it. But then again, the government is to busy blowing up the bodies of Iraqi's right now on their war against Oil Shortages.

My daughter seems to get nose bleeds right after she drinks soymilk or toddler formula. I don t know if it is coincidence or if it is a vitamin overload. I will wait till warmer weather to test the dry air theory....during the colder weather we have dry air....but her nosebleeds are back to back with milk ingestion.
