Honey in inches/feet you are about 5 foot 6 inches. The pants part I do not have a clue

ok take your centimeters and divide by 2.54 you will have inches.
Divide your inches by 12 you get feet. You are about 5'6" .
I can't help you with the sizes though. I would like to know why size 9 is sometimes ok and sometimes you could dress a baby in it.

5 feet 5.7 inches. I'm not really sure about the pant sizes. I would need to know your waist in inches or centimeters then I could probably figure it out.

you are 5'5.7" tall and 30 inch waist is equivalent to and american size 6 give or take depending on the brand. some fit tighter and some fit looser
