my cat is meowing like crazy and he has this help me look in his eyes. he has vomited twice today and it seems by his back left quarter,he is very sensitive. Please anyone who can help ASAP!!! Thanks

Get on the phone and call the local veterinary practices. Explain your financial situation and ask if they would be willing to work with you. Perhaps you have a skill or service you could exchange for their fees. Do your best to find someone who can help. Your cat deserves this.

You can call different vets but I recommend the SPCA they have many different ways around low income families. There is also a loan company called medicard they approve loans in a lot of situations 1-888-689-9876 or http://www.medicard.com

Take him to a vet... explain your situation and say you promise to make payments... say you will even sign a promissory note. They cannot turn you down because of the animal. Then that would be considered animal cruelty.

Take him to a vet, explain that you can't pay but your cat is very sick and he needs help...most vets will help you...or try a vet emergency clinic...they usually don't charge much and will probably help you even if you can't afford it...
