Unfortunately your best bet would be to go to a beauty salon, since you ended up with green in your hair the first time. The salon will either strip your hair completely or will try to color over the green.

Try using lemon juice or vinegar to rinse the hair after swimming, if you cannot find a commercial product

Tomato juice or tomato sauce. Just rinse it through your hair, let it set for only a few minutes. Rinse it out until the water is clear. Watch the eyes it will burn. Shampoo and condition and you're all blonde again in a blink of the eye.

Hydrogen-Peroxide..The same stuff you use to clean cuts. My daughter has Blondie,Blondie hair all her life. Every summer her hair starts to turn green. It comes from the chlorine in the water. In the summer it's worse because of the pool water. All you do is add some when you wash your hair. First wet your hair, then pour some peroxide in and let it sit for 2-3 Min's,rinse and wash like always. Reg peroxide will not bleach or change your hair . Now she does it for her daughter. If you try this let me know.
