In reply to the first paragraph of the article (too boring to read in full), I can give this answer to your question, "how illegal immigration HELPS our country?":

Because illegals have low education, subject themselves to low income and are overall much cheaper to the employer, they allow many American business to keep competitive in a globalized market and, thus, preserving jobs of the better educated part of the work force. The part that is on the loosing end... well, loses. The truth of the matter is that, even though American workers HAVE a very high productivity, that productivity is not even close to the standard of living that they have grown used to. If, they have it their way, they will drag the entire economy down and take the well educated white collar part along. It really comes to a battle WITHIN the American society. Are the people who worked their asses off to become competitive willing to haul the uneducated asses.

illegal immigration helps this country because we have more people coming to it and more people means more tax payers. When has it ever been a bad thing in America for the population to grow? Its a fortunate thing actually to have people who want to come to our country and work and raise their families for generations. It makes our country stronger, the more the better. Like Bush said " your either with us or your against us " and these people want to be with us. If people really want to get on their high horse about drains on American tax-payer dollars we need to first look at our own government. They are the biggest drain on taxpayers with tons of overspending, look that up concerned uninformed citizen.

I like FAIR. I am a member. I can see where some people are concerned about bias. Try Hispanics4secureborders or LAIR(Latino Americans for Immigration Reform).

I dont suspect that I will find any correct info on a Minute Men website, they exagerate things and lie to make people hate illegal immigrants.

I read the article.....also the checked out the rest of the site.

Very interesting reading.

BUT to answer the question I don't think I have ever used "HELPS" our country when referring to this subject.....so I can't "tell you again". I have said MANY other things that I still believe (even after reading the informative article)....but NOPE never "HELPS".

Peace
