there were tests on this where they surveyed men; it is their instinct to like darker haired girls (brown) cause instinct tells them it will make them produce better children (brown is more healthier)
but why does science matter? what matters is MEN LOVE BROWN HAIR! HOOT!

I believe it depends on the person and what's natural to their skin tone. I have a dark skin tone, big brown eyes, and naturally wavy medium brown hair. It suits me. But someone with fair skin and my hair would look really washed out, I think....its all in personal preference.

I think both looks very good. It really just depends on the person though. I get more looks when I am more blonde, but my eyes stand out more when I'm brunette. I guess it all depends on what you were born with and your skin color. I like myself either way. I guess I'm lucky.

Blond usually catches the eye first, but personally I like the dark haired girls. They have kind of mysterious look to them.
