Poor circulation can lead to heart disease and stroke as well as many other complications.
There are many reasons for poor circulation as well and I would recommend having a Doctor rule out the major things like heart problems.
I do know of a product that will improve your circulation as well as your general health. It is an adaptogen which goes to work on auto-immune deficiencies.
This is the only functional juice on the market with medical validation including 72 clinical studies published at pubmed.org.
This product has been very effective for diabetics who are known to have poor circulation. As an example, a diabetic roommate of mine was having such a hard time balancing his blood sugar that his feet were starting to turn black and purple and he had a lot of swelling. After 3 weeks of taking this juice, the color is starting to return to his feet, they are turning pink and the swelling has disappeared.
Another person I know who has icy hands and feet, even in the summer time, has tried this juice with similar results. After 1 week she noticed a huge improvement and has also said she is now sleeping better as well.
Please contact me for more information.

I have the same problem.Try to use harmlessbut really workable remedies as Gingko and Guarana, eat healthy..take your vitamins, preferably from naural sources. You may also try the simple recipy that has to be repeated at least 10 days..Massage your hands with mixed oils( you may buy one against cellulite, works just fine)..and every night let your hands in warm water,in which you have disolved 2 spoonfuls of sea salt! If there's no improvement visit a specialist..but I strongly believe that the combination with Gingko(especially if is as a tinkture) can cope with the problem or at least will help you..Good luck!

Do you take an iron tablet? Low iron can cause poor blood circulation. Also, a hand massage can draw blood flow into the hands too. They feel wonderful!

Buy some ginger supplements and take those everyday, as listed on bottle. They help with the blood circulation. I use 'em to prevent motion sickness, and they work quite well.

go to health food store or local GNC store and get Butchers Broom caplets and follow directions.....I have carpules tunnel and this works a whole lot better than takeing pain killers and mussle relaxers. Its natural and helps with the blood circulation to all parts of the body, you could also try CQ10 this works also but might make you lightheaded till you get used to it.
