It depends on the situation. Of course it would be shocking if the friend seemed to be relatively stable and happy. However, if the friend has seemd troubled or down then it may not be quite as shocking. If you have a friend (or yourself) that is acting really troubled or down talk to some one. A preacher, a friend a parent a sibling. Life is too good to throw away over one bad spell!

Well I have this experience. Many persons I know well committed suicide.

It is a kind of unbelievable feeling. Why should he/she commit suicide? And lot of questions like this arose in my mind. I was sorry why I can not stop this. Lot of crying also. And everything is over now. I don't want to hear another news of suicide of the one I know well. It is a very deep and sad feeling. Sometimes anger on the person for doing so.

Leave them all. To know the meaning of life and our duty in our life, visit the following page. It contains lot of pics so I can not embed it here.

Very shocked. A friend of my fiance's just killed himself last month. No one saw it coming. I only knew him in passing, but my fiance' grew up with this guy. They were friends since they were like 3. He was 36. My fiance' just can't figure it out and has been trying to fiugre out how his good friend could do this. Normally the guy always came and talked to him about his problems. Nobody expected him to actually kill himself. It is sooo sad.

Yes because it has happened to me but wouldn't you be shocked if someone you knew was murdered or died suddenly from illness. It is all a shock if you lose someone close to you no matter how they died.

No I would not, my mother did because of R. Arthritis. Now I have it. One day I will escape the pain too, only when life insurance paid up for family.

Yes, I have been. Hindsight is perfect. We all look back and see the signs we missed. Now we just miss him.
