As long as your doctors think that your pregnancy is progressing well i don't think you need to worry.
I carried different with both of my children.
Good luck ............

You have to think about what you weighed before pregnancy.

Also, most women don't really put on most of their weight until they get into late second and third trimesters. I have read that you should only gain anywhere from 2-3 lbs in first trimester, then about a lb. a week after that. Given those numbers, if you started at 90 lbs. you would be right on track.

Each woman is also different. I am one who gains like 10 lbs. the minute I look at a positive stick, then I completely stop gaining weight until my last 10 weeks or so, when I put on about a lb. a week. My doc has no concerns, the baby gets what he needs first and I am healthy.

You should be getting an ultrasound very soon, that will give you a really good idea of how your baby is growing. They can even get you a guestimated weight of the baby and how it fits into the range for how far along you are. That usually is a great releif to most women.

Hey check out the picture below, the first girl doesn't look a bit pregnant and her pic was taken at 17 weeks :)

Take care of yourself and have a great pregnancy!

If you are eating at least 3 to four meals a day and having healthy snacks a least 2 times a day you are OK. Your weight might just be OK for your size and skeletal frame. You should also remember to visit your OB/GYN to make sure that the development of the baby is OK. It's still early in your pregnancy so don't worry. If you began to experience pain or discomfort, hard of breathing then you should call your doctor right away or go to the nearest hospital to get check out.

Everyone carries there pregnancy different. I know with my second I didn't show till my 8th month and I woke up and I was way out there. It looked like I had placed a basketball under my shirt. As long as your keeping your Doctor appts and eating healthy I wouldn't worry. Good Luck and Best Wishes

As long as the baby is fine, you have nothing to worry about. Everyone is different, especially if its your first child. If you had a small frame before you got pregnant, chances are you will not gain a lot of weight. No worries! Good luck, lil mamma! :0)

As long as your pregnancy is going ok don't worry. I carried both of my boys differently. With my first son I was little and petite. I looked cute, and now I am 36 weeks pregnant with my second son and am literally a blimp. He is huge!
