10 mintues. when i exercise and when i want to take a break i take a 10 minute break and then i exercise some more.

never work out everyday but i change the rountine weights one day cardio the next swimming the day after that

i dont have a routine or a daily plan, i just end up walking around, cleaning up, and shopping that i end up excercizing everyday without meaning to. (",)
