alcohol is a poison by all medical standards. It seriously affects the brain and nervous system in addition to liver etc.So it is not surprising to see your hands tingling. Quran strictly prohibits alchol and was completely sucessful in eradicating this disease from society. There is no parallel example and one more proof that the book is from God which has exceptional powers of motivation. Qurn also eliminted usry, slavery and many many other ills from the society such as violation of human rights, women abuse, orphan abuse, absue of prisoners etc. etc.

It sounds like you have a blood circulation problem that is triggered by alcohol. Numbness when you feet go to sleep is because the blood does not reach them and they do not get enough oxygen. It could be that the alcohol is preventing oxygen to get to your body, hence the numb feeling you get.

Sounds like neuropathy, which can be caused by high blood sugar (remember, alcohol raises blood sugar), and deficiency of b-vitamins (a natural cure for hangover, incidentally).
