Why not?

Have you ever wondered about the reason of our existence? Have you ever wondered why we die, and where we go after death? What will happen to us in the end? Have you ever asked yourself why God made the earth and all that is in it under man’s dominion? Why were the night and the day, and the sun and the moon created? What are we supposed to do during our lifetime? Were we created just to eat, drink, and enjoy ourselves before we die? As one poet put it:
“I do not know whence I have come.
I saw my feet walking on the road.
As they please I go and stop.
What am I doing here?
How did the road find me?
I do not know! I do not know! I do not know! ”

God has emphasized in many verses of the Qur’an that He did not create us without purpose. He said: “What! Do you think that I created you simply in jest? And that you would not be returned to Me?” (23:115) He also said: “What! Does man think that he will be left to roam at his will?” (75:36) In addition, He said: “Do people think that they will be left to say: “We believe,” and they will not be held accountable?” (29:2)
Indeed, God Has created human beings for a purpose and with a purpose: TO WORSHIP HIM ALONE (Monotheism). He said: “I have not created the Jinn and humankind except only to worship Me. I don't require provision or feeding from them. Surely Allah is the All-provider, the Possessor of all strength, the Firm.” (51:56-58) In fact, all prophets told their people to worship God alone (Monotheism) and shun worshipping His creation (Paganism). God said: “I assuredly sent among every people a messenger with the command: Worship Allah and avoid worshipping false gods.” (16:36)
Prophet Abraham, for example, believed in One God, who had no partner. Anyone who holds a different understanding of God than this has contradicted the religion of Abraham and follows falsehood. God says in the Qur’an: “Those who reject the religion of Abraham make fools of themselves.” (2:130)
Prophet Jesus was reported in the Gospels to have said: “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only’.” (Luke 4:8)
Prophet Jacob also said (in the Qur'an) to his people: “Indeed, those which you worship besides Allah are only names that you and your forefathers have established, for which Allah has sent down no authority. The command belongs only to Allah. He has commanded that you worship none but Him. That is the right religion, but most people do not understand.” (12:40)

The Question is quiet a valid question for living in this world we ought to ask a question like this don't think i'm being diplomatic or something i'm just answering with the best answer i got when i asked myself this question well if you have full determinatio as to finding the truth then i'm sure you will be guided. well it goes like this everybody knows that God exists from the very beginning even when nobody existed now god wanted some body to recognise him so he created us along with his other creations like angels, etc. and angels are like, they have been created to obey God no matter what they can never go against his will be we are of his superior creations cause we have the power to reason , we have the power to decide our goals we have freedom to make choices which sets us apart from angels so which life do you think is difficult the life where you are made to do what you have to do,you're not responsible of what you do, or one where you have to take the responsibility of what you do of the choices you make answer for the mistakes you make .Obviously the latter one is difficult so now after creating us i mean our souls God asked us all weather we will obey him and obviously since we are in front of the All-mighty we said yes but then he was not satisfied with that, he wanted us to say yes in a place he sends us and that is this world and so he sent us here. now once we are here our All-mighty lord didnt leave us to fend for ourselves in fact he helped us he sent for us his messengers who distributed the message.through them wee got to know more about our Great and Merciful Lord to be true you know what i think our Forgiving Lord has spoon fed us cause I'll Give you an example Telling us the answers and then sending us to the exam hall is spoon feeding isn't it so the Lord is so merciful which many don't understand to be truthful I myself took sometime to understand how merciful my Lord isif you understand ratio i'll tell you if you take all the mercy in this world as one portion that the mercy which a mom has for her child which you have for the people around you which a terrorist might have for some one he cares as one part then the Great Lord has 99 parts left then imagine how merciful he might be , so our Merciful Lord has spoon fed us he has shown us how to live this life its not that our lord wants us to do it for nothing if we obey him in this world then he has promised us paradise in the next world for this you do need to believe in life after death the soul is never dying you know your soul is going to live for ever so if your not obeying the Lord in this world then for sure you are doing bad for your self and for nobody else fo remember God does not need you to praise him he is "Self-sufficient" if you praise him you do it for your own good you get rewarded for it. so what was i saying I was saying that God has spoon fed us He has even saved us the pains to decide a name for him think abou it if we were to decide a name for God then wha all problems would arise he did not want all these problems to happen between us therefore he decided to give himself a name and that name is "ALLAH" i'll tell you its meaning it is "The One Who is worthy of being worshiped " hows that name if i start abou this I can go on for ages but I hope your question is answered don't think of me as some Muslim trying to preach her religion but think of it logically and I'm sure you will get your answer for Allah guides whomsoever he wants and loves people who go out in search for Him . I hope to write more but its getting too long . I'll tell you one thing it is just like falling in love when you fall in love with somebody deeply then you will always want to talk about that person and The God is someone who is so addictive that you will never feel like forgetting him.
