Hopefully you obtained a police report, all the other drivers information, and their insurance company. If you can say yes to all the above, get a copy of the police report, contact the other drivers insurance company and start a claim.

This happened to me i was in a friends rental car and i was not insured nor was i the one who should have been drivin the car i was hit by a drunk driver and was taken to the hospital. i went to the doctor complaining about my back and he sent me to a lawyer. Call an attorney from the phone book (civil attny) then see if consultations are free. If so they will inform you if you have a case. They other party should be made to pay no matter if you had insurance or not if it's not ur fault.

Contact the police for a report. Get the other person's insurance info. Contact that insurance company yourself.

in some states if u dont have insurance its considered your fault even though they hit you, your best bet is to contact there insurance and ask them to pay for your car and any other bills or pay for pain and suffering. if they say they dont have to your screwed but if they start asking you what price your looking for then make a deal with them

Make sure you get a police report, then you make a claim to their insurance company. This really works so go for it. If you have any trouble get a hold of one of those ambulance chasers, but you'll have to give up some of your claim for legal fees.

put in a claim against their insurance company. I hope you got a police report, because in the state of Texas, you will need one to file the claim and have it accepted.
