I know that I have sinned and am guilty for my sins. But if I am born a sinner because of my kinship to Adam am I not doing that which by birth I have a propensity to do? Justice demands a virdict relative to the agent who committed the crime. If I willed my own birth I could see my guilt but to be placed in a position where I am guilty before acting in such a way to deserve punishment then I want to know why am I found a criminal as if I was no less than a murderer?

Think of Sin as a disease that gets passed on from generation to generation. Adam when he sinned, changed the very nature of his being. This was passed on..., somewhat genetically.

The only cure is Jesus whom God sent to rectify the damage done by Adam and Eve in regard to their generations.

Just as certain diseases exist that get passed from person to person in certain blood lines or blood types so is Sin - except that in this case, sin effects all human kind regardless of blood type or race.

It does us no good to cry about spilled milk and continue to reject the cure (Jesus). We have been provided a kind of antidote - and its up to people to accept it or reject it. It will by no means be forced on anyone who does not want it.

We are born as sinners, but you do not have to go on being a sinner. That is why God sent His only Son to die for you so that you might be as blameless as Adam was before the fall of man.
Romans 5:12"Sin came into the world through one man, and his sin brought death with it"
but there is a way to escape death.
Romans 5:16"And there is a difference between Gods gift and the sin of one man. After the one sin, came the judgement guilty; but after so many sins, comes the undeserved gift of not guilty"
we are not guilty or fall undre the comdemantion of sin anymore.
so no worries about Adam because you have been set free from sin through Christ.

Interesting thought. The correct answer is a complex one, not fully understood. It has to do with where you get your soul. You get it from your parents. This can be confirmed in Hebrews (when it mentions being in Levi's loins) and it makes sense as to why Christ could not have been born of a male-female union. Adam's soul and body were now cursed (as well as Eve) and thus every descendent would be. The lesson is consequences don't just affect you. The other part is simply that we ARE responsible for our sins, so it pretty much negates any perceived "unfairness" of the sin nature.

By Adams disobedience sin entered the world. Adams entire nature was changed, he was separated from God. Therefore, from then on everyone born of Adam had no choice but to live in sin. Sin entered the bloodline of Adam and was simply passed on from generation to generation. Be thankful that the Lord has opened your eyes to the reality of sin in your life. Repent and be forgiven. It's really an issue with the law. If you could keep all of God's commandments you would be found not guilty, but that's impossible in and of ourselves.

You are talking about Romas chapter 5, verse 12. There is good news beyond that verse. Look at verse 17. Through Adam sin entered the world, but through Jesus it was defeated. To accept that victory over sin, then simply accept what Jesus did for you personally. Then you may be found "guilty," but the penalty has already been paid, so you will be free.

Because Adam disobeyed God, we all do. We are usually aware of our disobedience when we get spanked for the first time. At the age of accountability (approximately mid-teens) we make the decision to Love God & obey Him or not. If not, our sin separates us from God. It is written that all have sinned and come short of God's glory.

Every child brought forth knows God with their first breath.

Jesus was born without sin nature and is The Lamb of God without blemish. Paid the debt for our sin. Since He was sinless death could not keep Him in the grave. He rose up and is the last Adam. When one is born again, the old man(Adam) dies and the new man in Christ(Last Adam)lives. For by the sin of one/ Adam we all die and it is only fair that the righteousness of one /Jesus(Last Adam) we all live.

This is a very distracting concept that a child born sinner.
No one has to bear the load of sins of others and this is very clear in islam.
That is why muslims don't believe that Jesus (peace be upon him) was died for other's sins.
This is a high justice.
Secondly be clear that, Adam (peace be upon him) was not a sinner at all. He was the prophet of Allah the Almighty and was innocent.
If you want to know more about this subject, please refer to islamic books or to a islamic scholar.
A child is always born on nature, and islam is the pure nature.

You aren't

I beleive along with everybody in my faith that man is only responsible for their own sins.

If you read the bible Adam also had a commandment to multiply and replenish the Earth. How could he fill this greater of the two commandments if he stayed in the Garden of Eden? God presented Adam and Eve with two commandments to help introduce the eternal law of Agency on Earth to create a sense of obligation. satan the serpent thought he was messing with the plan when in reality he was fulfilling it. It would make no sense for God to be perpetually unforgiving of this sin when Eve and Adam only made it possible for us to come here and when we had no say in whether the fruit was eaten.

Thanks for asking :)

Well according to Islam Adam peace be upon him have sinned but his sin belongs to him only and he did repent on it says in

The Quraan : Then Adam received from his Lord Words . And his Lord pardoned him (accepted his repentance). Verily, He is the One Who forgives (accepts repentance), the Most Merciful.
[2:37]

and We don't inherit his sin at all it is against logic and justice
God says in
The Quraan : Say (O Muhammed) : "Shall I seek a lord other than Allah, while He is the Lord of all things? No person earns any (sin) except against himself (only), and no bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another. Then unto your Lord is your return, so He will tell you that wherein you have been differing."

I think this is more relaxing solution to me :)

We all are sinners through our original parents Adam & Eve. Their sin was a blood guilt sin resulting in death. This sin is hereditary by our being descendants of them. Our salvation, as Christians, comes through faith in Jesus and following his example. His ransom sacrifice for us is what has given us acceptance from God and our ultimate salvation. If....we follow his footsteps.
