Your sinus cavities are part of your body. A permanent remedy of this would be to remove them, but that would be silly.

Every one has a sinus, it's sinusitis that's probably bothering you. If it's not too serious the best thing you can do is stay away from those things that bring on a sinus attack, and carry a nasal spray with you. Claritin pills work well too and you can get them over the counter.

If your doctor thinks you have chronic sinusitis, intensive antibiotic therapy may be prescribed. Surgery is sometimes necessary to remove physical obstructions that may contribute to sinusitis.

Sinus surgery should be considered only if medical treatment fails or if there is a nasal obstruction that cannot be corrected with medications.

Headaches are highly subjective symptoms which vary in cause and solution according to the individual. Try taking a good multiple vitamin with minerals daily and a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill 3x daily with meals. Keep a food diary and see if your headaches might get worse or better depending on what you eat and drink. If so, try an elimination diet to identify what may be causing the problem. You might also try MSM 1-2 grams 4x daily for a couple of months which has helped some people with chronic pain problems. Good luck!

From sinus? Do you mean Allergies? I have been using a sinus irrigation system... it may sound a little weird... but you put one end of the device into one nostril... and gravity pulls it up and out of the other nostril.

It sounds gross but it helps me. Mine is called SinuCleanse... but there are other brands to get. I got mine at a WalGreens Pharmacy and I know they are available at other places, inclusding health stores.

This method is much better than nasal saline sprays or drops.

Hope this helps!
