It's about as true as you too can have partiality from an impartial God, which is a lie since "there is no respect of persons with God", also an oxyMORON with a BAD ending, kinda like Gen 2: 16 -vs- 17 is an oxyMORON with a BAD ending.
Try re-reading the biblical story of Noah, and notice clever Noah did both: "all God commanded" and "all the LORD commanded", and that God and LORD are as "contrary" as 2 and 7; Not to mention "God" never saw both clean and unclean (good and evil), only good. Not to mention "God" is "merciful", not destructive; And merciful to all, not to some only.
Try and get your head around the biblically stated fact such law/grace "things" are an "allegory" in both "covenants": Gal 4, and also a "mystery" to solve in time; so not to be taken literal.
Scriptures were written aforetime for our learning: Romans 15:4. But it's NOT plural & contrary "scriptures" that are "inspiried of God"; rather only the singular "script-u-are" of such plural and contrary scriptures that's God inspired: 1Tim 3:16.
And consider where doing both all grace and all law got Noah, it got him inducted into the hall of shame of Heb 11, where it flat out notes "these all died" and "received not the promise". For receiving the promise notably comes "after" doing the will of God, which is "I will have mercy, and not sacrifice(slaughter)"; which is given as a go figure (go and learn what it allegorically meaneth) in Mt 9:13; which is to allegory say grace and not law, which is to say truth and not lie. And the "not" part of what God will and will not have, is notably not then, not now, not ever. For the will of God is the same in both OT & NT: Ps 40:6; Ps 51:16; Hos 6:6; Mt 9:13; Mt 12:7; Heb 10:all. And the end that God declared from the beginning is already written as the end we're to endure unto to be saved(only) by grace(only); since those who mixed rather than comparing spiritual things (law/grace), notably got both saved and destroyed after by their grace and law: Jude 5.
The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Well, there was a special on TV a few years ago claiming that, I seem to recall. But it was debunked as big hoax.
There have also been some pretty reputable theories that the story of Noah's ark and a BUNCH of other similar stories that were part of the local mythology in the Middle East around that time period probably DID come from an actual event - from a massive rain or from flooding that occured at the end of an ice age or whatnot. (Not exactly my area, to tell the truth!)

No. There never was a Noah's ark. How could he get two of every creature and so on, if there are thousands of species of insects in the Amazon alone, and even then, those are only the discovered ones? A piece of wood on a mountain an ark does not make.

ok hers the deal. a guy I knew years ago was such a bible freak, that he built an actual ark TO SCALE as it was in the bible. he actually follwed the instructions IN THE BIBLE and built it exactly as noah is claimed to have built it. the size at completion was about the size of half a regualr size motorhome. so no elephants, etc could have ever fit ont hat thing. PLUS, if you add up all the species that we have today, consider taking two of everything, plus a couple dozen ppl as well, that boat would need to be MUCH larger than the largest ocean liners we have even today. plus- how would you get the aligators not to eat the chickens, pigs, etc. how would you get all the cobras and rattlesnakes to not bite and kill the ppl or the rodents, cats, dogs cows, horses, etc. and where exactly did they store the poop from all these animals? and not to mention the amount of space they would need for just the animals FOOD. youd have to store 40 days and nights worth of food for them all.
again, this stuff makes for great fairy tales, but it just doesnt stand up to logical reasoning and critical thinking.
its just not possible. ( i do beleive ina creator, but some of the stories in the bible are just that.

It's called the Ararat Anomaly...and its what looks like some sort of large corner covered in snow. No one knows what it is.
There are 2 people we know of who have claimed to have seen the ark. The amazing thing is they described it in nearly the same location. The doubtful side is that they described two completely different scenes. One says it was intact, and that he even climbed up onto it. The other says it was broken in half, with each peice on either side of a valley.
Personally, I doubt that a boat could survive 2000 years without the wood rotting away.

No, it is not true. That same story has been floating around for at least 20 years and if there is an ark on a mountain in Turkey, they are taking their own good time to uncover it and provide evidence connectiing it to anything.

Personally, if it is Noah's Ark I don't think it will ever be open to the public. Things like this are often worshipped by man, and I know that would displease God. Plus, people who are not gonna believe in God are just not going to believe it no matter what.

The History Channel and The National Geographic Channel have each done specials on this. I'm pretty sure it has been found. I would google it, just to see.
